How To Make Star Anise and Pear Crisp Recipe
A delicious mixture of seasonal pears and star anise spice topped with a crispy oat and almond crumble.

Ingredients
- 4 ripe pears, sliced
- 1 tsp of ground star anise
- 1 tbsp of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of rolled oats
- 1/4 cup of almond flour
- 2 tbsp of butter, melted
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, toss sliced pears with ground star anise and brown sugar.

In a separate bowl, mix together rolled oats, almond flour, melted butter, and vanilla extract until crumbly.

Place sliced pears in a baking dish and sprinkle oat mixture over the top.

Bake for 45 minutes until fruit is tender and topping is golden brown.
