  • 2 ripe bananas, frozen
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup granola (for topping)
  • Fresh berries and sliced banana (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, frozen mango chunks, almond milk, turmeric powder, ginger powder, black pepper, chia seeds, and honey or maple syrup (if desired).

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour the smoothie mixture into bowls.

  4. Top with coconut flakes, granola, fresh berries, and sliced banana.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
