Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the parchment paper, about 1/4 inch thick.

  4. Sprinkle the mixed berries, sliced almonds, shredded coconut, and dark chocolate chips over the yogurt.

  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

  6. Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
