How To Make Instant Pot Greek Yogurt

- 8 cups of whole milk
- 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt (with live active cultures)
Instructions

Pour the milk into the Instant Pot and close the lid.

Press the “Yogurt” button and adjust the time to 8 hours.

After 8 hours, carefully remove the inner pot from the Instant Pot and let it cool to room temperature.

Once the milk has cooled, whisk in the Greek yogurt until well combined.

Place the inner pot back into the Instant Pot and close the lid.

Press the “Yogurt” button and adjust the time to 8 hours again.

After 8 hours, carefully remove the inner pot from the Instant Pot and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Once chilled, the Greek yogurt is ready to be served.
