How To Make Cranberry Christmas Fudge Recipe

Creamy and sweet fudge filled with tart cranberries, perfect for the holidays!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over medium heat.

  3. Once fully melted and combined, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.

  4. Fold in the dried cranberries.

  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is set.

  7. Cut into desired sized pieces and serve.
