  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1/2 cup almond mince
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into small squares (about 3 inches).

  3. Spoon a teaspoon of almond mince onto each square of puff pastry.

  4. Fold the puff pastry squares in half, creating triangle-shaped puffs, and press the edges together to seal.

  5. Place the puffs onto the prepared baking sheet and brush them with the beaten egg.
