How To Make Cranberry Fools

Ingredients
- 2 cups of cranberries
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

In a saucepan, combine the cranberries and sugar. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Gently fold the cooled cranberry mixture into the whipped cream.
