Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cranberries
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the cranberries and sugar. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

  3. Gently fold the cooled cranberry mixture into the whipped cream.

  4. Divide the cranberry fool into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
