Ingredients

  • 2 cups of brewed coffee
  • 2 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the brewed coffee over medium heat until hot but not boiling.

  2. Whisk in the cocoa powder and sugar until fully dissolved.

  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

  5. Divide the mocha mixture into 4 serving cups or ramekins.

  6. Top with a dollop of whipped cream.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
