How To Make Hot Pepper Jelly Recipe

Ingredients
- 4-6 hot peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 pouch (3 ounces) liquid pectin
Instructions

In a large saucepan, combine the hot peppers, bell peppers, apple cider vinegar, and sugar.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.

Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

Stir in the liquid pectin and continue to simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

Remove the pot from the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

Pour the hot pepper jelly into sterilized jars and seal tightly.

Allow the jelly to cool completely before refrigerating.

The jelly will thicken as it cools.
