Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup malted milk powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 8 cookies)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, malted milk powder, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

  3. During the last few minutes of churning, add in the crushed Oreo cookies and continue churning until evenly distributed.

  4. Transfer the ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.

  5. Serve the malt chocolate ice cream with Oreo cookie crunch in bowls or cones and enjoy!
