Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 tablespoons whisky
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

  2. Gently fold in the condensed milk, raspberries, honey, oats, whisky, and vanilla extract.

  3. Transfer half of the mixture to a container and smooth it out.

  4. Drizzle some extra honey and sprinkle oats on top.

  5. Spoon the remaining half of the mixture on top, creating a ripple effect.

  6. Drizzle more honey and sprinkle oats on top.

  7. Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

  8. Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!
