Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 tablespoons whisky
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold in the condensed milk, raspberries, honey, oats, whisky, and vanilla extract.

Transfer half of the mixture to a container and smooth it out.

Drizzle some extra honey and sprinkle oats on top.

Spoon the remaining half of the mixture on top, creating a ripple effect.

Drizzle more honey and sprinkle oats on top.

Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
