- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add the softened butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Fold in the sour cream until the batter is smooth.

Spoon the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about 3/4 full.

Drop small spoonfuls of cranberry sauce onto each cupcake. Using a toothpick, swirl the sauce into the batter to create a ripple effect.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
