- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, sugar, butter, and cocoa powder.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and starts to pull away from the sides of the pan.
