  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of vanilla custard
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of cake cubes (preferably sponge cake)
  • 1 tablespoon of chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the bananas into thin rounds.

  2. In serving glasses or bowls, layer the cake cubes at the bottom.

  3. Spread a layer of vanilla custard on top of the cake cubes.

  4. Arrange a layer of sliced bananas over the custard.

  5. Repeat the layers until the glasses or bowls are filled, ending with a layer of whipped cream.

  6. Garnish with chocolate shavings, if desired.

  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
