- 1 banana squash, peeled and sliced
- Juice of 1 orange
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
