  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake tray with cupcake liners.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.

  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

  5. Fill each cupcake liner 2/3 full with the batter.

  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  7. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
