How To Make White Chocolate Cookies

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the vanilla extract and egg until well combined.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until just combined.

Stir in the white chocolate chips.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
