Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sugar-free sweetener, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  3. Roll the dough into 12 equal-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Flatten each ball with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern.

  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

  6. Allow the cookies to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
