How To Make Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chunks
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add in the vanilla extract and egg, and beat until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Stir in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chunks.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
