Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a square baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped almonds, and shredded coconut.

  3. In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat the honey and melted butter until well combined.

  4. Pour the honey and butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well coated.

  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly to form an even layer.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

  8. Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler.

  9. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cooled bars.

  10. Allow the chocolate to set before cutting the bars into squares.

  11. Serve and enjoy!
