These Keto Gingerbread Cookies are a perfect blend of spicy and sweet all in one bite.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup granulated Swerve sweetener
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, Swerve sweetener, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat butter until softened.

Add in egg and vanilla extract and beat until combined.

Gradually add in the dry mixture until dough forms.

Roll out dough between two sheets of parchment paper to 1/4 inch thickness.

Use cookie cutters of your choice to cut out cookies.
