Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, granola, flour, baking soda, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.

  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until well combined.

  5. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.

  6. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a fork.

  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
