- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
