How To Make Pecan Pie Cobbler
The amazing flavors of rustic pecan pie are all in this cobbler recipe. Watch out for the rich caramel sauce that oozes out of this sweet treat.

Ingredients
- ½cupbutter,cubed
- 1cupall purpose flour,plus 2 tbsp
- ¾cupsugar
- 3tspbaking powder
- ¼tspsalt
- ⅔cup2% milk
- 1½cupspecans,coarsely chopped
- 1cupbrown sugar,packed
- ¾: 5px; letter-spacing: 2px”>1½cupsboiling water
- vanilla ice cream,optional for serving
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place the butter in a 9×13-inch pan and heat the pan in the oven to let the butter melt. In a medium sized mixing bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

Stir in the milk. Remove the pan from the oven and spread the batter evenly on top.

Top with pecans, brown sugar, and toffee bits. Slowly pour the boiling water on top, do not stir.

Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Let it cool on a wire rack for 20 to 25 minutes and the cobbler will thicken while cooling.

Serve warm with ice cream on top.
