Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a square baking dish with butter or line it with parchment paper.

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and white chocolate together. Stir until smooth and let it cool for a few minutes.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

  5. Gradually add the melted butter and white chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  6. Gradually add the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

  7. Fold in the remaining chopped white chocolate.

  8. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

  9. Bake for about 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  10. Allow the blondies to cool in the baking dish for at least 10 minutes before slicing into squares.

  11. Serve and enjoy!
