How To Make Oma’s Cottage Cheesecake

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.

  4. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden and the center is set.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 3 hours.

  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
