- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 100g heavy cream
- 50g unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder, for coating

In a heatproof bowl, add the chocolate, cream, and butter. Place over a saucepan of simmering water and stir until melted and smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Let the mixture cool slightly, then transfer to the fridge for 2 hours or until firm.

Once firm, use a spoon or small scoop to form the chocolate mixture into small balls. Roll each ball in cocoa powder to coat evenly.
