  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 100g heavy cream
  • 50g unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder, for coating

Instructions

  1. In a heatproof bowl, add the chocolate, cream, and butter. Place over a saucepan of simmering water and stir until melted and smooth.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Let the mixture cool slightly, then transfer to the fridge for 2 hours or until firm.

  3. Once firm, use a spoon or small scoop to form the chocolate mixture into small balls. Roll each ball in cocoa powder to coat evenly.

  4. Place the coated truffles in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
