- 1 cup gooseberries, washed and chopped
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.

In a bowl, combine the flour, desiccated coconut, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
