Ingredients

  • 2 cups dill pickle slices
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

  3. Dip each pickle slice into the beaten eggs, then coat with the bread crumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.

  4. Place the coated pickle slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.

  5. Lightly spray the pickle fries with cooking spray to help them crisp up.

  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until the pickle fries are golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.

  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
