How To Make Air Fryer French Toast Sticks

- 4 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Cooking spray for greasing
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Cut each bread slice into 3-4 strips, resembling sticks.

In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.

Dip each bread stick into the egg mixture, coating both sides.

Place the coated sticks in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t overlap.

Lightly spray the sticks with cooking spray to help them crisp up.

Cook in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
