Ingredients

  • 4 chicken legs
  • 4 pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and chili paste.

  3. Place chicken legs and ribs in a large baking dish. Pour the marinade over the meat, making sure it is well coated.

  4. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

  5. Remove the foil and brush the meat with the marinade. Increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until meat is cooked through and sticky.

  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
