  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • Salsa, for topping
  • Guacamole, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.

  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Grease with oil.

  4. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.

  5. Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  6. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or toaster.

  7. Assemble the hamburgers by placing a patty on the bottom bun. Top with salsa and guacamole.

  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
