How To Make Chicken Enchiladas with Cream of Chicken Soup

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 8 small flour tortillas
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, salsa, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onion, diced bell pepper, and chopped cilantro.

Spoon about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, then roll them up and place them seam side down in a greased baking dish.

Pour any remaining chicken mixture over the top of the enchiladas.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
