How To Make Chicken Enchiladas with Cream of Chicken Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 8 small flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, salsa, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onion, diced bell pepper, and chopped cilantro.

  3. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, then roll them up and place them seam side down in a greased baking dish.

  4. Pour any remaining chicken mixture over the top of the enchiladas.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
