How To Make Crispy Basket Burritos (Baked Tortilla Bowls)

Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Spray the inside of four oven-safe bowls with cooking spray.

Place a tortilla over each bowl and press it in to create a bowl shape.

Bake the tortilla bowls for 10 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, black beans, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

Spoon the filling into the crispy tortilla bowls.

Return the bowls to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the filling is heated through.

Serve with your favorite toppings such as salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
