How To Make Lasagne

Ingredients
- 8 lasagne sheets
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups béchamel sauce
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the lasagne sheets according to package instructions, then set aside.

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, dried oregano, and dried basil. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.

Place a layer of cooked lasagne sheets on top of the meat sauce.

Spread a layer of béchamel sauce over the lasagne sheets, followed by a layer of meat sauce. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.

Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of béchamel sauce and cheeses.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Let the lasagne cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
