
How To Make Italian Almond Cookies II

Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, mix together almond flour, sugar, almond extract, vanilla extract, egg whites, and salt until well combined.

Take tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Gently press a few sliced almonds onto the top of each cookie.

Bake for 12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown on the edges.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
