How To Make Indian Turkey with Spinach & New Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey breast, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 8 new potatoes, halved
- 1 cup water
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, and cook for another minute until fragrant.

In a small bowl, mix together the ground cumin, coriander, turmeric powder, garam masala, and chili powder. Add this spice mixture to the pan and cook for an additional minute.

Add the turkey cubes to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.

Stir in the spinach leaves and halved new potatoes, ensuring they are coated in the spices.

Pour in the water, cover the pan, and simmer for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the turkey is cooked through.

Season with salt, to taste.

Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
