How To Make Indian Tofu Shahi Paneer Recipe
A flavorful blend of tofu and paneer cooked in a creamy sauce with aromatic spices, perfect for vegetarians.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 200g Tofu
- 200g Paneer
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 cup cream
Instructions

In a pan, heat the ghee and add cumin and coriander seeds.

Once they start to splutter, add onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for a minute.

Add chopped tomatoes and green chillies. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add turmeric, garam masala and salt. Mix well.

Add paneer and tofu. Mix gently and cook for 5 minutes.

Add cream and let the dish simmer on low flame for 5 minutes.

Serve hot with naan or rice.
