Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and green bell pepper.

  2. Add the Kalamata olives and feta cheese to the bowl.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
