How To Make Wolfgang Puck Szechuan Beef Recipe
This spicy and saucy dish is packed with tender beef, vegetables, and bold flavors of Szechuan cuisine.

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Szechuan peppercorns
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, Szechuan peppercorns, honey, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.

In a large frying pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over high heat.

Add beef strips and stir-fry until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Add bell peppers, zucchini, green onions, and garlic. Stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes, until vegetables are tender and fragrant.

Pour in the sauce mixture and stir until evenly coated. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
