How To Make Wolfgang Puck Beef Stir-Fry Recipe
This beef stir-fry is packed with flavor from tender beef and fresh vegetables, all coated in a tangy sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. top sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.

Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in the skillet.

Add the bell peppers and onion and cook until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

Add the garlic and ginger and cook for an additional 30 seconds.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch.

Add the beef back into the skillet along with the soy sauce mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce has thickened and the beef is heated through.
