Ingredients

  • 1 cup of raw cashews, soaked overnight and drained
  • 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp of sea salt
  • 1/4 cup of water (more if needed)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

  2. Add more water if the mixture is too thick and blend until desired consistency is achieved.

  3. Serve as a dip or spread and enjoy!
