How To Make Uno Steak and Cheese Pasta Recipe

This creamy and savory pasta dish is loaded with juicy steak, gooey cheese, and lots of flavor.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1lb of spaghetti
  • 1lb of sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over high heat. Add steak and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.

  3. In the same pan, add onions, garlic, and bell peppers. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with the vegetables and stir together.

  5. Pour heavy cream over the top of the pasta and stir well.

  6. Add the cooked steak to the pan and stir together.

  7. Add parmesan cheese to the pan and stir until the cheese has melted and created a creamy sauce.

  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  9. Serve hot.
