How To Make Uno Chicken Fajitas Recipe
A classic Tex-Mex dish with seasoned chicken, colorful peppers, and onions served on warm tortillas.

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add chicken strips and season with chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Cook for about 8-10 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.

Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Add sliced peppers and onions to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet and stir to combine.

Serve the fajita mixture on warm tortillas and add your favorite toppings, if desired.
