How To Make The Ritz-Carlton’s Vanilla Panna Cotta Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup whole milk
Instructions

In a saucepan, heat heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt over medium heat until sugar dissolves.

In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over the milk and let sit for 5 minutes until it blooms.

Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm cream mixture and stir to dissolve completely.

Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a measuring cup with a spout.

Divide the mixture equally among four small cups or ramekins, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

To serve, run a small knife around the edge of the cups and invert onto plates. Serve with fresh berries or fruit coulis.
