- 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 package active dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
- 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
-
Heat the milk in a microwave for about 45 seconds or until 110-115°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm milk, sugar, butter, and yeast. Let it stand for 5 minutes until foamy.

Gradually add the flour and knead the dough until it’s smooth and elastic (about 5 minutes).
-
Grease a large bowl with vegetable oil and place the dough in it. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Punch down the dough and divide into 20 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.
-
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the balls on a baking sheet, cover, and let it rise again for 30 minutes.
-
Brush the rolls with melted butter and bake them for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
-
Enjoy the rolls warm with more melted butter.
