Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 package active dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
  • 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk in a microwave for about 45 seconds or until 110-115°F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm milk, sugar, butter, and yeast. Let it stand for 5 minutes until foamy.

  3. Mix in the eggs and salt.

  4. Gradually add the flour and knead the dough until it’s smooth and elastic (about 5 minutes).
