How To Make Steve’s PaleoGoods Chicken Jerky

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 175°F.

Slice chicken breast into thin strips.

In a shallow bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

Add chicken strips to the bowl and toss until evenly coated in the marinade.

Arrange chicken strips on a wire rack placed on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 4-6 hours, or until chicken is completely dried and chewy.
