Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raw mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, cashews)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
