- 2 cups raw almonds
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Spread almonds evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.

Let the almonds cool for a few minutes, then transfer to a food processor or high-powered blender.

Add sea salt and honey (if using) to the almonds and blend until smooth and creamy.

Scrape down the sides as needed and continue to blend until desired consistency is reached.
