How To Make Steve’s PaleoGoods Cashew Cookie Recipe
These delicious cookies are made with cashews and gluten-free flours!

Ingredients
- 1 cup cashew butter
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a mixing bowl, cream together cashew butter, coconut sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.

Mix in baking soda, almond flour, coconut flour, and salt until well-combined.

Roll dough into balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.

Flatten each cookie ball with the back of a fork.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.

Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
